My weekend

In the weekend we Had our birthday party but we will get to that. First I need To talk about our league game We had a town and country game we got there at 1:15 and trained with waro-rakau. we did not win but it was a awesome game I got a great pass away to the winger and they scored. 

Later that day, my friends came over at around 5 and we went down and played Rugby. That night we lit fireworks and it was really fun, we roasted marshmallows and mucked around. The next day we were off to paintball we were all ready to get shot. We played capture the flag, once in the bush and the other one in a much more open bush with grass and flax bushes unlike the first one which was a lot more dense. Paintball was so much fun and we all enjoyed playing.

Dance styles

this term we are are learning how people use the arts to communicate. we have investigated the 

characteristics of different dance styles, we practised our note taking skills. we experimented with each dance style and created our own dance sequences

My weekend

This weekend my Grandma came over from Chch! She came over on friday and for the rest of the day we talked and just chilled out. On saturday we played league and we lost. My kicking for ok but I hurt my ankle, So it was hard to run. But that is no excuse we all played bad. On sunday we Did jobs around the house and got some wood. That night we unwrapped our presents from our Grandma, because she wont be here for my real birthday. So that what my weekend was like!

Response writting

Last term Our class made short narratives, So then this term we are writing responses, or as you might call it  reviews. I read Ridge steeghs story called blowing up the world. First I had to write a review or response for the story, that included Judgments of the story, recommendations and an overall judgment. When we finished we had to make a creation. Some of the choices were, A panel, conference,book signing and fake text conversation about the book. I chose a conference, and hired actors while I was on camera duty. I hope you enjoy My video.

My weekend w3

This weekend was action packed it all started saturday afternoon when we went off to play league. we were versing suburbs this weekend and they are a hard side. any way our first half was not very good we let a lot of players through on our wing and quite a few drop balls. In our second half we scored a good try I did a out the back door to riley and he had a run away. We got a ride home with our friend hamish. on sunday we just cruised out and played at home.

This week for homework I decided to share my knowledge on Motorbikes.

This links to school because In tech we are doing metal work, also this type of skill is not around much in our generation and I would like to share a basic knowledge on this subject, Enjoy!  

My weekend

On the weekend we played league we were versing cobden It started out well, I scored the first try and our team was looking forward to a possible win. But there was one problem, We had 10 players on the field and they had 13 players on the field, so they kept on scoring points out wide because we always had an overlap. at half time we were given 3 players from the other team to make the game fair and I have to say I think we won the second half. On sunday we got up at 5.00 am to go duck shooting. We Went up around landcorp and I got to use the side by side shotgun I did not get a duck Down but I did inguer one and tony robson finished him off.

"Wasteland" Narrative by Theo and Tylar

For this term we have been  focusing on narrative and this is my final piece i came up with this story. I found this task very fun and entertaining because of the independence that we had during this activity. It started off with the Game of awesome then we  started 3 narratives and we had to choose which story to go through with. I chose "Wasteland".

My weekend

On the weekend I had my friend over. We went on a bike ride for 2 hours on saturday and went down to patrick's house. we played on the trampoline. then we raced home to watch the dragons vs manly sea eagles.
that night we roast marshmallows. the next day me tylar and niko played cricket on the road the game ended by smashing the ball into the bush and we could not find the ball. then me and tylar biked down to patricks house and went on there go kart. 10 minutes later tylar got picked up and I biked home on monday I made a motorbike ramp and went for a 2 hour motorbike ride with patrick. Thats my Weekend!

My weekend

in my weekend I went busking For my first time it was really cool I got loads of encouragement from the people waiting for the train; this is how it fall went. At 1.00 I turned up Nervous as ever but I pushed through and did It, niko my brother was with me till 1.30;then got bored and went to mcdonald's. My parents went to watch tasmin my sister's netball game. on sunday we just chilled out the hole day.
